At Emerald Lakes, we are responsible for planning, managing, and continuously optimizing the entire production process while adhering to economic and quality requirements to meet customer demands.

We also provide leadership and targeted development for 4 direct reports and 140 employees in the areas of production planning, manufacturing, and maintenance.

Our goal is to constantly improve our production systems and processes through KVP, Lean Production, and automation.

We also monitor and control specific organizational MustDo and KPIs, plan for staffing needs and employee development, and coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of production processes.

Additionally, we analyze data, solve problems, and work to improve processes while staying within budget and complying with internal and external regulations and guidelines.
