Job Description


The new Director of Undergraduate Research and PhD Program Application in the Office of Undergraduate Academics is looking for an assistant to help out with developing research-related programming and resources.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the office's mission to facilitate undergraduate research.


Responsibilities:


Event Organization and Promotion:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events related to undergraduate research.
  • Promote events to ensure maximum participation and engagement.

Data Formatting and Compilation:

  • Compile and format data relevant to the progress of the office.
  • Generate reports and summaries to inform decisionmaking processes.
Creativity

This is a new position with new programming and resource creation. Thus, beyond the roles listed above, you may be able to help develop content/activities that help support undergraduate research
