This involves tailoring materials and designing resource-efficient manufacturing processes - from modeling material behavior to developing the material and producing the final component.

We are looking for a PhD candidate (m/f/d) to join our Institute for Material and Process Design as soon as possible.

The candidate will be responsible for developing concepts for generating process data during thermomechanical treatment to accelerate the optimization of sustainable and recyclable magnesium alloys.
