Video Data is a specialty retailer for professional video technology located in the heart of Hamburg-Altona. Our daily work is centered around the talent and dedication of our employees.

To continue managing our business growth professionally, we are in need of an additional full-time, permanent employee.

Your responsibilities:

Entering customer orders into the inventory management system
Monitoring the timely and proper processing of orders
Customer service and responding to inquiries regarding delivery dates, etc.
Creating outgoing invoices and credit notes
Working closely with other departments

Our requirements:

Completed commercial or technical education
Good written and spoken English skills
Quick comprehension
High level of customer orientation, assertiveness, and decisionmaking ability
Engaged, salesoriented, and customerfocused work style with a strong affinity for sales
Independent, responsible, organized, and goaloriented work ethic
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
