What will you do with us? Patient consultation and interface management:

You will be responsible for advising and educating patients and possibly their family members during the transition from the hospital to the home setting, especially in the area of stoma care.
You will provide instruction and product training for patients and nursing staff.
You will support our customers in their homes and maintain contact via phone, email, or chat.
You will maintain existing customer relationships with doctors and hospitals and establish new ones.
You will create visit reports and maintain patient documentation using an iPad.

What do you bring to us? Expertise and reliability:

You have completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d) or pediatric nurse (m/f/d).
You have practical experience in patient care in the areas of stoma
