Then join our team If you're interested in e-bikes and sustainable mobility, have previous experience in e-commerce, and are looking for a new challenging role, then you're in the right place. As part of our
marketing team, we're looking for a creative, analytical, well-organized (and experienced)
student worker: CRM.


Your tasks with us include:

  • Supporting the development and optimization of the CRM strategy across all relevant channels (email, web, direct mail) to achieve our goals in customer acquisition and retention
  • Assisting in the creation of segmentation, targeting, and personalization tactics to improve engagement and maximize customer lifetime value
  • Ensuring data quality
  • Defining the CRM campaign calendar in coordination with marketing planning
  • Working closely with brand, social media, PR, and BI to design campaigns that perform well with selected target groups and markets
  • Creating engaging content newsletters to increase user engagement and brand awareness
  • Using stateoftheart testing methods to continuously optimize campaigns and achieve business goals
  • Setting up/updating reports
  • Analyzing user journeys and campaign performance to derive optimization recommendations
