As a UGG Sales Associate, it is your responsibility to create the best possible customer experience by actively listening to each customer and catering to their needs with recommendations and up-to-date product knowledge.

As a UGG Sales Associate, you create personal shopping experiences for our customers that promote brand loyalty.

You understand the importance of living our service training program and promptly and courteously greet customers when they enter the store.
