The Commit cbf is a non-profit organization where disabled and non-disabled individuals work together to advocate for the rights of disabled people.

One of our goals is to promote self-determination and independence for disabled citizens through our various club and service offerings, and to encourage their participation in community life, ultimately contributing to an inclusive society.

Job Description:

Motivating and supporting children and adolescents with disabilities in daycare and school settings
Developing and implementing participation goals
Assisting with integration into group or classroom settings, collaborating with parents and working in multidisciplinary teams in daycare and school
Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in education or completed pedagogical training
Interest and experience in working with children and adolescents
Openness in working with individuals with disabilities
Empathy
Strong communication skills
Reliability and enjoyment in working with children and adolescents.
