We are currently seeking a technician in Camden-on

Gauley, WV who can help with a computer issue.

The computer turns on but does not display anything on the screen, and it also does not turn off when the power button is pressed. It needs to be disconnected from the power source to turn off. The device is a PC with Windows 10 operating system. It is not under warranty.
