Job Description

  • Independently operate, control, and monitor the production plant in continuous shift operation
  • Conduct checks of the overall plant and production processes to identify malfunctions, characteristic errors, and irregularities in a timely manner and independently resolve them
  • Report necessary repairs and perform minor repairs and maintenance work
  • Conduct analyses for process control and documentation to ensure optimal production processes
  • Responsible for ensuring an adequate supply of necessary raw materials and auxiliary materials
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement programs
  • Adhere to company regulations regarding quality and energy management, as well as occupational health and safety and environmental protection
  • Contribute to the optimization of production processes

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a chemical technician or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of machine and plant operation
  • PC skills
  • Forklift license (desired)
  • Commitment and reliability
  • Teamwork, independence, and flexibility
  • Willingness to continue education and training
