Restructuring Manager - Senior Manager (m/w/d) - Remote

We are looking for experienced restructuring experts for an established corporate finance boutique that primarily handles traditional financial and operational restructuring projects on a pan-European level.

Location: Remote, with offices in Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, and Hamburg

Your Mission:

Take responsibility for restructuring and turnaround processes
Develop financial and operational restructuring concepts
Act as the main point of contact for clients, strengthening and expanding existing customer relationships
Collaborate with the management team to develop processes
Recruit, guide, evaluate, and promote employees

Your Profile:

At least 4 years of experience in restructuring in a consulting environment
Experience with consulting mandates according to IDWS 6 opinions
Excellent analytical skills
Experience in implementing operational restructuring concepts
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, and preferably proficient in French as well
