The Brasserie OskarMaria has been skillfully combining gastronomic quality and passion for 12 years in one of the most important cultural institutions in the heart of Munich.

The Brasserie OskarMaria, along with its sister establishments RoccaRiviera, KOI, and The Grill, each represent their own unique gastronomic concepts and styles.

All located in exceptional, listed buildings in prominent locations throughout the city.

After a challenging period due to the pandemic, we are looking to bring more freshness and innovation to our modern, contemporary brasserie in order to meet the expectations of our Munich and international guests and stay current with the times.

Responsibilities:
Modern and successful gastronomy always needs new impulses...

To achieve this, we are looking to expand our team of over 50 permanent employees with experienced, creative, and passionate service staff to work together and improve.

Attending and serving guests
Cash handling
Preparation of conference and event rooms
General mise en place tasks
Cleaning duties in the service area

Qualifications:

Completed apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist (certified by the Chamber of Commerce) or several years of experience in the hospitality industry
Independent, reliable, flexible, resilient, and a team player
Structured and conscientious work ethic
Excellent manners
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Experience with various booking and payment methods + computer skills
