To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Plant and Machine Operator / Setter (m/f/d) in the field of heat treatment for our location in Bielefeld.

Your tasks:

• Setting up and operating induction hardening systems
• Setting up induction hardening systems with all associated adjustment activities, such as entering order data or selecting the production program
• Monitoring the entire production process
• Conducting quality control according to the inspection plan (worker selfinspection)
• Documenting the test results
• Troubleshooting defined and routine malfunctions
• Participation in error analysis
• Performing various cleaning tasks on the systems as well as minor maintenance work

Your profile:

• Completed training in a metalworking profession (turner/miller, toolmaker, industrial mechanic (m/f/d)) or comparable qualification
• Ideally, professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility
• Sound knowledge of heat treatment of metallic materials is desirable
