Description
The Doubletree by Hilton Washington DC North Gaithersburg is hiring an Assistant Chief Engineer.


Responsibilities:


  • The
    Assistant
    Chief Engineer will assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing all property maintenance operations including capital projects
  • The Chief Engineer will report to the General Manager

Qualifications:


  • Previous Assistant Chief Engineering or supervisory experience in a hotel setting is preferred (minimum of two years)
  • Have a solid understanding of all phases of hotel engineering plumbing, electrical, HVAC certified, experience in boiler maintenance and preventative maintenance
  • Effectively delegate work and tasks to subordinates to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills
