As a People Business Partner in Rillito, AZ, your main objective is to create an exceptional employee experience. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on work.

You will be an individual contributor with no direct reports, responsible for managing and supporting people programs and initiatives for our EMEA Product & Engineering Department, which consists of approximately employees.

This includes tasks such as employee relations, performance management, benefit programs, organizational development, career development, learning, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies and solutions to enhance employee and departmental performance, provide growth opportunities, and protect the interests of LeanIX.

Your technical knowledge will be valuable in aligning with our Product and Engineering Teams.

Remote position based in the Bonn region (DE)

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Implement the strategic direction set by our People team, including implementing valuable people processes that support business goals and objectives
Identify and evaluate emerging people trends and advise on their potential impact on the business
Mentor and lead the managers in our EMEA Product & Engineering Department
Implement key performance management initiatives, such as goal setting, midyear and annual reviews, promotions, and talent review/succession planning programs
Collaborate with all managers in the Product and Engineering Teams to address daily challenges and develop short and longterm people strategies
