We are currently seeking 10 employees for customer service (m/f/d) for our long-standing client in Berlin.

What we offer:

  • Qualified onboarding with 3 days of training

Your responsibilities:

  • First point of contact on behalf of a wellknown car insurance company
  • Recording customer inquiries and forwarding them to the appropriate department
  • Assisting potential customers with using the inhouse tariff calculator
  • Answering basic questions about car insurance
  • Creating individual tariff offers for our customers using the tariff calculator
  • Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm

Your qualifications:

Personality: customer-oriented, communicative, and responsible

Work style: independent, conscientious, structured, and solution-oriented
-
Experience and knowledge: familiar with terms such as liability insurance, partial and comprehensive coverage

Languages: excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level)

Career change possible, previous commercial experience is an advantage
