Your tasks

We offer an exciting challenge as a project manager (m/f/d) for international railway projects. You will be responsible for the technical and organizational management and work closely with various project stakeholders.

Leading and coordinating the project team and external partners
Planning and executing the entire project process, including interface management and proactive problem solving
Creating and maintaining the project organization chart and project plan
Ensuring resource planning and management, and coordinating with the HR department
Monitoring project progress and participating in cost control
Ensuring the quality of project work and implementing improvement measures

Your profile

Completed degree in a relevant field with several years of professional experience in railway projects
Experience in project management and strong management skills
Extensive knowledge in planning and implementing railway projects
Certification in project management (IPMA, PMI, GPM)
Excellent communication skills and experience working with international teams
Fluent in German and English, willingness to occasionally travel for work
