How you can contribute

As a Technical Consultant, you will be part of our Merchant Services team and support our national and international customers, prospects, and partners with all inquiries regarding our products and services.

  • Technical consulting and support for prospects, existing customers, and partners (via phone, email, and on-site if necessary)
  • Analysis and resolution of technical issues in collaboration with the development department
  • Liaison with internal departments (e.g. sales, IT)
  • Configuration and testing of customer connections
