What you'll do

  • Commissioning, administration, and billing of internet connections and mobile phone contracts
  • Coordination and clarification of questions from internal and external stakeholders
  • Invoice verification and postprocessing of invoice data
  • Negotiation of framework agreements in cooperation with our technical purchasing department
  • Documentation of contracts and contract contents
  • Conducting cost controls and controlling tasks
  • Support in the implementation of projects
What convinces us

  • Commercial education or comparable studies
  • Several years of professional experience in this or a similar position
  • Experience in the field of telecommunications technologies and network technology is an advantage
  • Analytical skills and experience in data analysis
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Communication skills and teamwork
  • Knowledge of MS365 and Jira desirable
