Regensburg or Deggendorf Job-ID: 8509 Your Responsibilities As the face of our company, you will acquire regional clients and investors in the Upper Palatinate and Lower Bavaria regions You will provide comprehensive advice to our existing and potential customers, from the initial introduction to the technical conception and contract conclusion You will manage and coordinate the interdisciplinary project team for the bidding phase, consisting of internal and external architects and specialist engineers Using our modern tools, you will determine the construction costs in order to create customer-oriented and convincing offers You will convert the created and priced offers into contracts, and accompany the negotiation and conclusion process with our clients You will impress our clients with excellent service and continue to convince them even after the project is completed, fostering long-term partnerships Profile You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), or a comparable field You have relevant experience in working with clients, gained through previous positions such as project management in a construction project Ideally, you already have practical experience in customer consultation and sales, and enjoy building and maintaining regional networks Experience in cost calculation, contract management, and the VOB (German construction contract procedures) is advantageous You always keep the customer perspective in mind and enjoy working independently and entrepreneurially as part of a team More than just an employer Discover our variety of benefits in the following categories on our website: Culture & Benefits |
