We are currently seeking a
Production Employee (Belt Production) (m/f/d) to join our team at Gates TPU GmbH in Pfungstadt, starting as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include the following workstations:

  • Roll cutting machine
  • Belt welding
  • Coating
  • Milling
  • Punching
  • Printing on roll goods

The associated tasks include:

  • Responsible completion of production orders at the respective workstations
  • Continuous quality control before, during, and after processing
  • Labeling and handling of products according to specifications
  • Adherence to quality requirements and guidelines
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation
  • Compliance with safety regulations (work clothing, safety shoes, etc.)
  • Cutting belts to length or width according to production order
  • Changing cutting tools and assembling various cutting tools
  • Requesting consumables such as cutting blades and auxiliary tools through material requisition cards to the materials management department

  • Technical understanding

  • Knowledge of handling and using measuring tools
  • Operating and safely handling various conventional processing machines
  • Understanding instructions and taking notes in German
  • Independence, flexibility, reliability, and punctuality in daily work
