We are currently seeking a
Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) for one of our renowned clients in the Forest Grove, OR area. Our client is an internationally operating mechanical engineering company.

Your responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code)
Creation of evaluations and reports for management and the headquarters
PoC calculation according to IFRS guidelines
Preparation of liquidity planning (forecast, budget) and subsequent comparison with actual figures, including explanation
Management, monitoring, and optimization of the existing dunning system (creditors and debtors)
Key user for the current accounting system
Preparation and approval of payment runs
Review and settlement of travel expenses and process monitoring
Foreign currency transactions, guarantees, and sureties
WIP valuations according to HGB and IFRS guidelines

Your profile:

Completed degree in business administration or completed vocational training with further education as a
Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
Several years of professional experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of HGB, IFRS, and tax law
Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One, and MS Excel
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Structured, independent, and resultsoriented working style
Very good knowledge of English
