As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a Traffic Management Specialist / Freight Forwarding and Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) in direct placement for our location in Kasigluk, AK.

Your responsibilities:


  • Full responsibility for planning and executing national and international shipping activities in the field of mechanical engineering and spare parts business.
  • Requesting and negotiating freight rates
  • Creating shipping and customs documents for spare parts and machinery relocation
  • Projectoriented coordination of all shipping activities
  • Creating letter of creditcompliant documents for export business
  • Freight invoice control
  • Import processing
  • Handling of transport damages

Your profile:


  • Minimum three years of relevant vocational training, e.g. as a freight forwarding specialist (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • SAP experience
  • Language skills: German and English (possibly Russian) very good in spoken and written form
