Your tasks

  • You will be trained by experts (m/f/d) through on-the-job training to become an internal consultant/process expert (Super User (m/f/d)).
  • During the project, you will play a key role in shaping and designing our future SCM processes. As a liaison between stakeholders and organizational units, you will advise all areas along the system chain.
  • During and after your development as a Super User (m/f/d), you will independently operate and support the AI-based system in a small team - from creating rules to data analysis. You will optimize internal processes by supporting machine learning and ensure that all planning processes are integrated into the system.
  • As a Super User, you act as the "owner" of the system. You are the system and subject matter expert for the management and functionality of the forecasting and disposition module.
  • You work with the selection of suitable methods and tools for the flow of goods/disposition.
  • In project teams, you analyze and shape the merchandise disposition and control process of the retail sector, the automation of relevant supply chains, and lead workshops on these topics.

Your profile

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree and have initial professional experience in demand planning/forecasting, ideally in the areas of merchandising, pricing, logistics, or sales.
