Essential Job Functions

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.)

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the Litigation & Practice Technology team, and Practice Innovation team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ediscovery and innovation delivery processes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in ediscovery technology and evaluate potential impacts on operations.
  • Support innovation initiatives within the team, contributing technical insights and operational perspectives to new projects.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards and best practices in ediscovery technology management.
  • Assist with budget planning, procurement of new software solutions, and license/subscription renewals.
  • Develop and/or lead change management efforts across all phases of projects and initiatives to drive the Firm's culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

_Education, Work Experience, Skills_

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong technical acumen, with expertise in ediscovery tools and technologies, and general legal technology tools
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a technical team.
  • Familiarity with legal processes and requirements related to ediscovery.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Innovative mindset, with a willingness to explore and support new ideas and solutions.
  • Proven change management skills.
