The Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) works in a hybrid role from the office/home office and supports customers in the DACH region for Cape Royale.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting maintenance, repairs, and upgrades in the DACH region with travel of approximately 80-90%
  • Installation of equipment at customer sites and trade shows
  • Independent support of our customers for any questions or issues
  • Administrative tasks (Service Max, quality reports, etc.)
  • Technical phone support

Your profile:

  • Completed training/studies as an electrician/electrical engineer, technician for medical technology, or a comparable education
  • First professional experience in the service of medical systems desirable
  • Good electrical knowledge, ideally with laser knowledge
  • Good German language skills for communication with customers and colleagues
  • English language skills
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office/Outlook, etc.
  • Additionally, important qualities include: confident and friendly demeanor, good communication skills, team spirit, and high willingness to travel
