Service technician - Cape Royale, United States - Titan Industries
Description
The Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) works in a hybrid role from the office/home office and supports customers in the DACH region for Cape Royale.
Your responsibilities:
- Conducting maintenance, repairs, and upgrades in the DACH region with travel of approximately 80-90%
- Installation of equipment at customer sites and trade shows
- Independent support of our customers for any questions or issues
- Administrative tasks (Service Max, quality reports, etc.)
- Technical phone support
Your profile:
- Completed training/studies as an electrician/electrical engineer, technician for medical technology, or a comparable education
- First professional experience in the service of medical systems desirable
- Good electrical knowledge, ideally with laser knowledge
- Good German language skills for communication with customers and colleagues
- English language skills
- Flexibility with working hours
- Good user knowledge of MS Office/Outlook, etc.
- Additionally, important qualities include: confident and friendly demeanor, good communication skills, team spirit, and high willingness to travel
