Description
Work together with the IT team ensuring business continuity. Work with a diverse team within different areas of IT. Ensure projects are executed on time and in some cases take ownership and act. Work with a diverse topic in the IT area.

  • Knowledge of computer network equipment e

g:
Access Points, Servers, Cabling, Switches, and Fiber cables, and how they operate and communicate.

  • Knowledge of network protocols e

g:
DNS, DHCP

  • Knowledge of network topology e

g:
WAN, LAN, V-LAN, WLAN

  • Understand project management.
  • Knowledge of Audio and Video equipment.
  • Ensure business continuity.
  • SLA Adherence
  • Ensure project timelines.
Language

  • Advanced English. Being able to write and communicate clearly in written and spoken language.
  • Spanish is a plus.

Soft:

  • Being able to work with a diverse team from multiple countries and cultures.
  • Good communications skills
  • Being able to work proactively identifying potential issues before the client notices them.
  • Being able to follow processes.

Work-Hours:

  • From Monday to Friday to work in the office
  • Flexibility to work outofbusiness hours during special cases.

Newtown Square, PA


Pay:
$73,000.00 per year
