Training

As a retail specialist for automotive parts and accessories (m/f/d), you will work at the interface between customers, workshops, and sales departments during your 3-year training. You will shape the process of goods flow from suppliers to customers. The art lies in providing each individual part at the right place at an exact predetermined time, and at optimal costs. A major focus of your training will be on the proper acceptance and professional storage of goods, as well as forwarding the products to the workshop or selling to our customers. As an aspiring professional, you will learn how to use our computer-based information and communication systems and contribute to the sales-promoting display of Volkswagen Original Parts and accessories.
