After intensive training and onboarding, we are looking for additional team members (m/f/d) to join us at our location in Ingolstadt with the option to work from home.

Your responsibilities:

Answering calls and monitoring disruptions in factory and building operations in the automotive industry
Recording all incidents in a ticket system
Creating and assigning trouble tickets to the appropriate team
Managing feedback from the teams in the ticket system
Shift work
Home office is possible upon agreement

Your profile:

Friendliness and politeness
High resilience and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
Teamwork and customer orientation
Reliability in following established processes
Ability to work independently
Good PC and MS Office skills
Basic technical understanding
Willingness to continue learning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
Driver's license (Class B) and car are advantageous
