We are currently seeking an Assistant Doctor (m/f/d) for General and Visceral Surgery for a client in Thuringia.

The academic teaching hospital has approximately 300 beds. The spectrum of the General and Visceral Surgery Clinic includes all diseases and surgeries of general and visceral surgery and colorectal proctology, including two-cavity procedures. The main focuses are oncological surgery of the entire gastrointestinal tract, hernia surgery, and treatment of thyroid diseases. More than 1,700 procedures are performed annually on an inpatient and outpatient basis. The clinic is certified as both a colon center and a hernia center. The head of the department has full authorization for training in visceral surgery and special visceral surgery.

The clinic is located in the state of Thuringia. The county town offers companies and investors an excellent economic location. In the Middle Ages, the city was the second most powerful in Thuringia after Erfurt. For this reason, it also has a lot to offer historically. The center of Germany is only 10 minutes away.
