Requirements:

  • Abstract thinking and knowledge
  • Interest and understanding of metals and plastics and their processing
  • Manual skills

Training contents:

  • Manufacturing of precision components for our products
  • Working with modern computer-controlled turning and milling machines
  • Metal processing, including testing, measuring, gauging, and manual and machine cutting
  • Operating various types of machines
  • Teaching of control technology
  • Training on CNC machine tools
  • Teaching of CAD handling
  • Programming on CAD/CAM system
During the second half of the training, you will be trained in the production areas of CNC manufacturing, special parts manufacturing, and quality assurance. At the vocational school in Spaichingen, you will be taught general learning content, professional skills, and project skills.

High school or secondary school diploma

Intermediate exam
