To further drive the continuous positive development at our location in Germany, we are currently seeking to strengthen our teams at our Darmstadt location with the following position:

Sales Support (m/f/d) full-time

Your responsibilities:

Processing of customer inquiries and orders in our ERP system
Responsible for order processing (review, acceptance, entry, confirmation, processing, invoicing, etc.)
Coordination of delivery times / liaison between customer and logistics
Telephone customer support
Active and responsible collaboration with all departments within the company (field sales, product management, order preparation, and logistics)
Sending documents to customers and field sales employees
Other typical administrative tasks
