For our small team in the finance department of Funkwerk video systeme GmbH in Nuremberg, we are looking for a permanent full-time or part-time


Financial Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Preparatory work for monthly and annual financial statements
  • VAT returns and summary reports
  • Fixed asset accounting
  • Review and booking of supplier invoices
  • Processing of payment runs for rent and leasing
  • Allocation and booking of business transactions for accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Balance sheet reconciliation and account clarifications
  • Administrative tasks, such as requesting guarantees and processing travel expense reports

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk, tax clerk, or equivalent
  • Professional experience as an accountant, certified accountant, or financial accountant
  • Experience in monthly financial statements and tax knowledge
  • Knowledge of an ERP or merchandise management system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, is
