We are looking for an Assistant in Order Processing (m/f/d) to support our client's team in the field of energy supply in Hamburg. As an Assistant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for supporting order processing and accounting.

Your tasks as an Assistant (m/f/d):

  • Processing of orders and coordinating order status
  • Point of contact for customers
  • Managing and documenting incoming and outgoing payments as well as reminders
  • Assisting with the preparation and organization of meetings
  • Handling mail

Your profile for the position as an Assistant (m/f/d):

  • Completed commercial training or career changer with relevant experience
  • Proactive work and communication are important to you
  • Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written form
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and independent work style
