Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for our Management Systems department in terms of economics, personnel, and organization.
As Management Representative (m/f/d), you support and advise executives and employees on management systems.
You are committed to documenting and optimizing processes and procedures, as well as raising awareness among the entire staff regarding management systems.
You are responsible for internal audits and accompany external audits (customer audits, supplier audits, certification audits).
You create analyses and reports on the development of already implemented management systems and maintain an overview of them.
As part of continuous improvement, you proactively identify potential for improvement for the organization.

Your qualifications:

You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration.
You have already gained professional experience as a Management Representative (m/f/d) or in a similar position, as well as in planning, accompanying, and/or conducting audits.
