Responsibilities:

  • Planning, preparation, and responsible execution of MEP projects, specifically in the electrical trade
  • Supervision and leadership of team members in project teams
  • Creation of construction and installation plans, technical calculations and designs
  • Point of contact and negotiator for clients, authorities, and other project stakeholders
  • Selection and management of subcontractors
  • Support in cost estimation and proposal preparation
  • Negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Scheduling and budget planning

Qualifications:

  • Completed engineering degree, bachelor's degree, technician, master's degree, or equivalent education in the field of electrical engineering
  • Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position in the execution of MEP projects in the electrical trade
  • Strong project management experience and knowledge of contract law
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Independent, dedicated, and conscientious work ethic
  • Team player with excellent negotiation skills and a confident demeanor
