For their continued growth throughout Germany, they are looking for a flexible Site Manager (m/f/d) who can be deployed nationwide and take responsibility for a contract logistics branch.

These tasks motivate you:

Disciplinary management of approximately 300 employees

Ensuring optimal work processes while considering quality and efficiency

Implementation and development of new customers together with project management

Expansion, control, and further development of a large warehouse location

Independent support of highly dynamic, international customers

Independent management of the budget, including reporting to the management in Germany

Independent definition and implementation of new logistics projects
