You will be the first point of contact for customers and business partners of our Energy Industries division in Germany.

You will report to the Head of the Finance Service Cluster and support the service team with your skills and knowledge in customer service by responding to customer inquiries.

Your responsibilities

:


  • Processing of customer orders from order opening to invoicing, including cost control and clarification
  • Obtaining quotes from known suppliers; monitoring deadlines
  • Execution of orders
  • Processing of shipping orders for specific countries or country groups
  • Monitoring and collection of payments
  • Completion of administrative tasks

Your background

:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in commercial order processing
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of customer service
  • High flexibility and commitment
  • A cooperative, solutionoriented approach and good communication skills in spoken and written form
  • Agile and proactive approach with a proven ability to take responsibility for customer issues
  • Fluent in German
