YOUR TASKS

You will independently and responsibly manage the realization of challenging construction projects in the field of building construction. You will participate in the awarding of subcontractor services, monitor the performance and quality of subcontractors during the project, and ensure the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective completion of all work on the construction site.

YOUR PROFILE

Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable technical education, e.g. as a construction technician
Relevant professional experience for the position
Knowledge of construction contract law (VOB)
Team spirit, communication skills, assertiveness, as well as organizational skills and a self-motivated and dedicated work style
