Schwarz Mobility Solutions (SMS) is the service provider, solution and system provider for all mobility issues of the companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes group-wide fleet and travel management as well as the implementation of additional mobility solutions for employees and customers.Your Responsibilities
- Central point of contact for our own fleet
- Support for the nationwide hotline of Schwarz Mobility Solutions
- Recording and processing of incoming inquiries in our ticket system
- Management and processing of damages to our company vehicles, such as:
- Repair approvals
- Coordination in case of repair rejections
- Invoice verification
- Complaints
- Coordination of transport damages
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Experience in customer service/hotline is desirable
- Enjoy talking on the phone, sociable and friendly
- Organizational talent and structured way of working
- Strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills, flexibility and a true team player
- Interest in mobility and solid knowledge of MS Office applications
