For our department of Technology, we are looking for a full-time (unlimited) position starting on May 1st, 2023 in Hemphill, TX.

Technology Manager (m/f/d): MDCC Magdeburg-City-Com GmbH is the regional telecommunications provider in the state capital of Magdeburg and the surrounding districts. MDCC offers internet, telephone, and TV services to approximately 100,000 households. Your responsibilities:

As part of the management team, significantly shape the company's strategic direction
Operational management and strategic development of the Technology department
Initiate measures for continuous improvement of operational processes and resources in the Technology department
Optimize and ensure a stable operation for our customers
Coordinate and manage collaboration with external service providers and partners
Act as an innovation driver
