Team Leader (m/f/d) Credit Service Processing

Location:
Munich, Dortmund


Your immediate salary:


  • Year: €45,000 €70,000 gross

What you should bring:


  • Completed commercial training in the financial services sector, ideally as a bank clerk (also open to career changers from the commercial sector with experience as a clerk)
  • Several years of experience in credit processing and/or customer consulting/processing
  • Leadership experience
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken) and strong communication skills

Your tasks in detail:


  • Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of a credit processing team through coaching and regular feedback discussions
  • Management, planning, and participation in daytoday operations, i.e. independent and thorough review of documents submitted by our customers for completeness and plausibility
  • Responsibility for compliance with internal and external service level agreements for our bank and sales partners
  • Collaboration in the further development and optimization of processes regarding automation and streamlining of credit review processes in cooperation with our product management
  • Close collaboration and regular exchange with management and other team leaders
  • Recruitment and training of new employees (m/f/d)
