The Baden State Association for Inner Mission is one of the oldest and largest complex institutions for children and youth, integration, disability, and elderly care with approximately 700 employees in Baden.

Our facility, Martinshaus Berghausen, provides care for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. The Martinshaus offers special living arrangements, assisted living, and supported living in families. The services are complemented by a senior group and a day care center.

We are currently seeking a group leader (m/f/d) / deputy group leader (m/f/d) for our facility in Berghausen, for example as a special education teacher (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), educator (m/f/d), youth and residential educator (m/f/d), or health and nursing care professional (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:
Leading and managing the residential group and the team of employees Participating in staff meetings and creating situation reports Documenting through the electronic documentation system Organizing processes and scheduling shifts Accompanying people with complex disabilities Performing nursing and educational tasks Developing opportunities for participation Planning, supporting, and conducting group and individual activities Implementing and further developing the concept Providing support and assistance in everyday situations and leisure activities Ensuring individual basic care Your qualifications: Successfully completed training as a special education, geriatric, or nursing professional or a comparable education A responsible, dedicated personality Ability to work responsibly in a team Enjoyment of working with people We offer you: A thorough training
