_Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d) for Food_ to join our team at our location in Bremen, "Auf dem Dreieck.

Your responsibilities:

You will carefully process and respond to customer questionnaires and inquiries regarding product quality and content.
You will review and evaluate analysis results for trade goods.
You will review and approve conformity declarations for materials in contact with food.
You will manage and review customer specifications.
You will diligently maintain master data and create inspection plans and criteria.
You will occasionally perform chemical, physical, and sensory tests in our inhouse laboratory.

Your profile:

You have a degree in food technology, nutrition science, or a similar educational background.
Ideally, you have some professional experience in quality assurance in the food processing industry.
You have experience with laboratory information systems and
