Perhaps you have personal experience with loved ones or acquaintances who, due to their care needs, were no longer able to live alone in their homes and had to find alternative accommodations that could meet their needs.


The team at the WTG Authority, consisting of six administrative and nursing professionals, conducts on-site inspections at facilities for long-term care and support for people with disabilities to ensure that the residents are receiving the necessary care and quality of life.

They provide guidance and work with service providers to ensure that the residents can live with dignity.


We are seeking dedicated colleagues who are ready to take on responsibility, have initiative, and enjoy a varied role with field visits.

The office is located at Willi-Becker-Allee 8 (near the main train station) and is easily accessible.


Your responsibilities:


  • You prepare and conduct quality inspections at facilities according to the Residential and Participation Act (WTG NRW) and document the results
  • You analyze the inspection findings, prepare reports, and verify if the service providers have implemented necessary measures
  • You issue orders to correct deficiencies and/or eliminate hazards
  • You prepare and conduct followup inspections to ensure that deficiencies and hazards have been addressed by the
