    Description

    Amazon is seeking a an Enterprise Sales Executive leader to join our Buy with Prime (BwP) Enterprise Sales team to lead the evolution and growth of one our most strategic initiatives focused on helping enterprise customers better engage their end-customers.

    You can expect to negotiate with enterprise customers and partners, and lead internally through influence with a talent for combining data and vision into compelling partnership stories.

    This is a unique opportunity to join a tight-knit and deeply-networked group to grow strategic enterprise customer relationships through Amazon-wide collaborations.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Collaborate crossfunctionally across the organization (senior leadership, solution architects, business development, and marketing, support, external partners, etc.) to accelerate adoption by enterprise customers.
    • Develop successful customer outcomes that will serve as case studies or other forms of references
    • Leading through influence seamlessly across internal and external teams.
    • Communicating effectively with diverse business, technical, and executive audiences.
    • Analyzing business models to go deep on enterprise customers' needs.
    • Taking the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage partnerships that can involve marketing, content, commerce, and technology components.
    • Evaluating the economic and strategic costbenefit of offerings and partnerships.
    A day in the life

    In this role, you will work backwards from your enterprise customer needs and then collaborate across several BwP teams to identify, define, and bring to market the most valuable, highest-impact offerings.

    You can expect to partner with multiple Amazon teams outside of BwP to showcase solutions and options for your client portfolio.

    Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) aims to enable organizations across the world with reliable, cost effective, and flexible end-to-end eCommerce fulfillment solutions in order to help them scale, succeed, and offer best in class experiences to their customers.

    MCF represents the core fulfillment capability of Buy with Prime (BwP), a new business initiative for Amazon.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 7+ years of professional or military experience
    • 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
    • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
    • 7+ years of experience selling directly to C-Suite
    • Experience in developing, negotiating and executing complex business agreements
    • Experience developing and executing GTM strategies
    • Experience growing a product to maturity through collaboration with Product teams
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
    • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
