To expand our team, we are looking for an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) with a focus on accounting in part-time (X hours per week) for our headquarters in Dornheim near Arnstadt.

You will support the existing teams in the following areas:


  • Accounting: managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and fixed assets; recording all business transactions; preparing and executing payments; monitoring open items and collections.
  • General commercial tasks: handling project and taskspecific assignments; covering for vacation or sick leave.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Solid practical experience in the described field, ideally in a mediumsized company in the manufacturing sector
  • Strong attention to detail, reliable work ethic, and high level of personal responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Office.
