Overview:
Join our team as an experienced Sales Manager and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced automotive sales environment.

We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for cars and sales to help customers and sales team find the perfect vehicle.

Duties:

Daily meetings with individual sales consultants to review sales opportunities
Daily followup assistance with all sales leads
Perform trade appraisals using leading edge software
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Encourage and coach individual sales team members
Support sales efforts by coordinating with the sales team and providing necessary information
Perform outbound sales activities to generate leads and close deals

Experience:

Proven experience and success in auto sales management. Minimum 2 years in Sales Management role.
Strong mathematical skills for pricing and financing calculations
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with inventory control practices in a retail setting
Multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging with diverse customer base

Pay:
$100, $140,000.00 per year
