Actively participate in recruiting and support companies.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You are responsible for acquiring new employers and maintaining existing contacts.

You work hand in hand with your colleagues in the applicant-oriented department and use external network partners to find suitable personnel for your employers.

You advise small and medium-sized companies on their external image, integration services, and optimizing their workforce planning and development (e.g. demographic analysis, evaluation of personnel structure and educational needs).

You develop individual strategies for filling apprenticeships and jobs and understand how to meet the different needs of your customer base.

When placing personnel, you use various methods and represent the Federal Employment Agency at job fairs and job speed dating events.

As a prerequisite, you have a (university) degree (ideally in the field of social security, administration, law, finance and accounting, or personnel management) or at least three years of professional experience in tasks and requirements comparable to the advertised position, as well as
