Responsibility for a Social Healthcare System: We are currently seeking a Junior Controller (m/f/d) to support our Controlling department at our headquarters in Lahr, starting as soon as possible. The ideal candidate would work full-time (38.5 hours/week) or part-time with a minimum of 19.25 hours/week.


Your responsibilities with us:


  • Support in planning, analysis, and reporting in the performance and personnel areas in collaboration with decisionmakers and IT
  • Preparation of regular reports and special evaluations
  • Participation in the development of data models and determination of structures for controlling information systems, as well as their further development
  • Continuous maintenance of structures in our controlling information systems (e.g. master data, hierarchies, query definitions)
  • Participation in organizational development and process optimization
  • Participation in the implementation of a new BI system

Your qualifications:


  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or equivalent education (e.g. Health Insurance Business Economist)
  • Ideally with initial controlling experience in the healthcare sector
  • Good knowledge and proficient use of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, and ideally also knowledge of SAP
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a high level of commitment
